A little late methinks!

well, a lot has happened since I last blogged! I fell in July and ended up having surgery and was in a wheelchair for 8 weeks and then on elbow crutches for some time after that! :(

However, I am feeling much better now and am off to Crafteire in Ireland next weekend. I really must look out my piccies to take soon!

I have joined Facebook and at last, I am finding my way about it! I am hooked on the word games and spend ages on them!
I have also joined Scottish Slimmers in an attempt to lose the extra pounds I gained while I was immobile! I am aiming for 2 stones so will see how long it takes! I am also trying to take more exercise to improve my fitness and balance - then perhaps I wont fall so easily! :lol:

I have started Tai chi and am really enjoying it. Mark you, I would never have believed that such tiny movements could make my muscles ache! :roll:
